The Process

Please be sure that your dates are correct prior to booking (changes after booking are $100.00 per person).

Please review the insurance PRIOR to paying the deposit. You will either need to accept the travel insurance, or decline it at the time of travel.

This form is API compliant (secure for credit cards). Your card will be charged up to 5 days after submitting your booking form.

Step 3

We email your confirmation

We will send confirmation to you within 5-business days. We will contact you if we require additional information. 

Step 4

Deposit Payment (Due 10/01/2022)

Upon your approval, we will charge your card for the $400 per room deposit, as well as insurance. 

We do not have group air, so you will book your own airfare. The airport code to fly in/out is “MBJ”. The resort is 1 – 1.5 hours from the airport. You will depart from the resort back to the airport, approx 4 hours prior to your flight time. 

 

Step 5

Final Payment (due 3/22/23)

You are not required to make any payments between the deposit due date, and the final balance due date.
We can accept additional payments in between, if you click on “make a payment” from the website.

If the balance is not by the due date, a late fee will be charged and your reservation may be cancelled (by the resort).

Step 6

Receive Travel Documents (ApproxiMATELy 2-3 weeks prior to travel)

Approximately 3 weeks prior to travel, you will receive travel documents (Confirmation, COVID protocols, and details regarding your destination).

There are so many variables when booking for wedding groups, therefore we are unable to have group air as part of your package.  

You will need to secure your own your own airfare, in and out of the Montego Bay  airport (code “MBJ”).  It is in your best interest to book direct with the airline (due to constant changes & cancellations by the airlines). This will insure that you get immediate help (during travel) from the airlines, rather than being redirected to a 3rd party and losing space during critical re- booking times. Its fine to use online agencies to look, but not to book (go directly to airlines website). When booking your return flight, please keep in mind that you will depart the resort 4.5 hour prior to your return flight time.Airport code = MBJ (Montego Bay, Jamaica). We recommend allowing for plenty of connecting time. On the way to Jamaica, the airline legal/minimum connection time is 45 mins (we recommend 1 hour). On the way home it is 1 hour 40 mins, but we recommend over 2 hours when possible (because you will need time to clear customs). 

Please be sure that travel dates/room type/etc. is correct at the time of booking. Once your deposit has been made, each change will incur a $100.00 per person change fee (plus any resort charges). Cancellations will incur a $200.00 per person cancel fee (plus resort/tour operator penalties). 

Transfers to/from the airport 

 *TRANSFERS TO/FROM AIRPORT -$75 total  per person (Roundtrip)* PAID UPON ARRIVAL (We will arrange this for you prior, and you will pay upon arrival in cash). Air schedules must be received by May 1, 2023 for us to arrange your transportation. Transfer prices are subject to change, based on gas pricing. If prices increase, you can opt to book a “shared” transfer for a lower price, or use a “Jamaican Uber” APP called Aryvve.

At the time of booking you must either accept and pay for insurance with deposit, or sign the DECLINE waiver (found if you scroll down, at the bottom of this page). This is your final step in confirmation of this trip. Payments & Due Dates:

$400.00 per room deposit is non-refundable: Due 10/1/22*

Final payment due on 3/22/23 (and is non-refundable after this date)*

$100.00 per person change fee for all changes (no changes allowed 30-days prior to travel)

$200.00 per person cancellation fee, once deposit is paid

*If you have purchased travel insurance and cancel for a covered reason, travel insurance may cover the non-refundable amounts. You will submit a claim form, with documentation directly to the insurance company, and their claims department will determine the claim eligibility.

Additional information: 

  • ALL US Citizens are required to carry current PASSPORTS BOOKS (Passport cards are not accepted).  
  • Currently, vaccines and/or testing is NOT required to get INTO Jamaica or to re-enter the US.  These policies are subject to change & out of our control. Previously, when testing was required to re-enter the US, this resort did handle the testing on-site for $35 per person.
