The Process

Please be sure that your dates are correct prior to booking (changes after booking are $100.00 per person). Please review the insurance PRIOR to paying the deposit. You will either need to accept the travel insurance, or decline it at the time of travel.

This form is API compliant (secure for credit cards). Your card will be charged up to 5 days after submitting your booking form.

Step 3

We email your confirmation

We will send confirmation to you within 5-business days. We will contact you if we require additional information. 

Step 4

Deposit Payment (Due ASAP)

We recommend you book ASAP, because prices are subject to change until booked.

The room deposit is approximately  $400 per room, plus insurance. 

Vacation Vibes can help with airfare that is booked as part of the package.

If you have miles or points you may book your air on your end, The airport code to fly in/out is “MBJ”. The resort is 1 – 1.5 hours from the airport. You will depart from the resort back to the airport, approx 4 hours prior to your flight time. 

 

Step 5

Final Payment (due 60 days prior to travel)

You are not required to make any payments in between the deposit due date, and the final balance due date.
We can accept additional payments in between, if you click on “make a payment” from the website.

If the balance is not by the due date, a late fee will be charged and your reservation may be cancelled (by the resort).

Step 6

Receive Travel Documents (ApproxiMATELy 2-3 weeks prior to travel)

Approximately 3 weeks prior to travel, you will receive travel documents (Confirmation, COVID protocols, and details regarding your destination).

PRICE INCLUDES: ALL-INCLUSIVE HOTEL, AND  HOTEL TAX

*Pricing below is the starting price, per ROOM/ based on two people(except Beaches, which is based on a family) & includes All-inclusive and hotel tax.

Group space is NOT held, therefore pricing & availability is subject to change until booked. We recommend reserving with a deposit ASAP (balance is due 60-days prior). Resorts have a 3-night minimum stay, but you may stay as long as you like. When you reach out to book, we will not charge your card if the pricing is higher, unless we notify you first and you authorize the new rate.

There are so many variables when booking for wedding groups, therefore we are unable to quote it in the pricing above. We will be happy to quote it as part of your package, if you need assistance. 

Transfers to/from the airport 

 *TRANSFERS TO/FROM AIRPORT -IS included in the pricing  for; Sandals, Beaches and Couples. Moon Palace and Riu can be added in with your package.

Travel insurance is not included, but strongly recommended (we can give you details). At the time of booking you must either accept and pay for insurance with deposit, or sign the DECLINE waiver (found if you scroll down, at the bottom of this page). This is your final step in confirmation of this trip.

 

Payments & Due Dates:

$200.00 per person, plus insurance: Due ASAP (to lock in the price).

Final payment due approximately 60-days prior to travel.

$100.00 per person change fee for all changes (no changes allowed 30-days prior to travel)

$200.00 per person cancellation fee, once deposit is paid

*If you have purchased travel insurance and cancel for a covered reason, travel insurance may cover the non-refundable amounts. You will submit a claim form, with documentation directly to the insurance company.

Additional information: 

  • ALL US Citizens are required to carry current PASSPORTS BOOKS (Passport Cards are not allowed).  
  • Currently Vaccines and/or testing is NOT required to get INTO Jamaica. You will have to COVID test (1 day prior to your return flight) to get back into the US. Your resort offers onsite COVID testing (some resorts included it, and others charge $30-$50 per person).
