Resort Dress Code
Resort casual by day, casual elegance by night. So while the sun is up, your shorts, tank tops, swimsuits, short-sleeved shirts, sundresses and light slacks are the perfect attire. As the sun sets and you set out to enjoy the evening, proper attire is required: sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts (no sleeveless shirts or flip-flops, long pants required for men). Please refer to the resort website for restaurant-specific attire.
WiFi Access
Most public areas of this resort and all of the rooms have Wi-Fi coverage for your convenience. Instant access to the Internet may be obtained by simply connecting to the network.
Additional Expenses
Although everything is included, you may also want to enjoy optional on-site and off-site experiences, spa treatments, and make phone calls or purchases in our gift shops. We accept most major credit cards (MC, VISA and AMEX) at the spas, gift shops, photo shops, and the front desk.

Resort credit:
$200.00 USD Resort Credit per night, per room, non-cumulative, not transferable and applicable to individual guest room folio only.
Resort Credit can be used for Spa, Beauty Salon (selected services), Laser Tag, Bowling, Golf, Bounce access to the Kids Club. Promotional offerings are subject to availability at time of arrival and are subject to change without notice. Limits apply to each service. Credit cannot be combined with any other promotions. Resort Credit has no cash value. A 35% fee will apply for services redeemed.
Example: 4-night stays will have $800.00 in resort credit. If you use the ENTIRE amount, you will pay a fee of $280.00 for $800.00 with of services
Additional Information
Airfare:
Air will be available toward the end of Jan. 2026. You may book your own airfare, or we are happy to assist. If you purchase TPP the price of your premium may increase when we add your airfare. If you purchase TPP and book your own air, your airfare will not be covered.
Airport Transfers:
Shared airport transfers are include the prices. Car seats are not required or provided for children. If you wish for your child to have a car seat, we recommend you bring yours from home.
Travel Protection:
TPP, or Travel Protection Plus is non-refundable once purchased and must be paid for with the deposit. TPP does not have unlimited uses, if you use it- you lose it (and must repurchase for coverage).
Once airfare is available, depending on how you book the air, air may not be covered under the TPP. If you book your own airfare, TPP will not cover your airfare. Please inquire at the time of booking your air.
Not Included in Pricing/Paid Upon Arrival:
Eco Tax
The Municipality of Solidaridad will be charging an Eco Tax of 30.00 Mexico Pesos (approx. $1.60 USD) per room per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the natural beauty of the destination the area and its surroundings. This fee is subject to change at any time without notice by the hotel.
VISITAX – Q.R. Mexico:
Visitax is the State Government application for the payment of contributions from foreign tourists. To complete the process, provide the requested information and proceed to the corresponding payment (approx. $20 USD per passenger).

Legal Responsibility:
It is each traveler’s responsibility to make sure they are legally allowed to travel out of the US and into Mexico
All US Citizens must carry a valid Passport BOOK to travel to Mexico (Passport cards are not accepted). Please make sure to get this in plenty of time prior to travel. Passport info can be found at https://www.usps.com/international/passports.htm
Cancellation penalties begin as soon as you pay your deposit. Please see below
Resort Check-in:
You will be required to place a credit or debit card down for incidentals at check-in. This authorization charge will be refunded (if unused for charges or damages) after check-out. We recommend a credit card as the authorization can take one billing cycle to fully appear back to the account.
Supplier cancellation, change fees & penalties:
Trip Protection (if purchased):
Trip Protection is non-refundable once purchased.*
*If TPP is selected, the penalties will be reimbursed in cash or future travel credit, based on your selection of TPP. If air is booked outside of the package, the TPP will not cover airfare. If you use the trip protection (before travel) and are still traveling, you may have to re-purchase it, for it to be effective during travel.
All bookings will either need to accept travel protection and pay for it at the time of booking or sign a ‘decline’ travel protection/travel waiver.
Resort Penalties:
*Now – July 27, 2026: $250.00 per room
July 28, 2026 – Departure Date: The remaining room balance is non-refundable**
**If a room balance is pre-paid before the due date, your full penalty date will not begin until July 28, 2026.
Airfare Penalties:
Airfare is non-refundable (once purchased, unless otherwise specified). Some airfares are completely non-refundable and non-changeble. If you book your own air, we highly discourage people from booking ‘basic’ economy. This type of fare never allows for any change and does not assign seats until check-in, or you have to purchase seats, which ends up making the fare the same price as ‘main cabin’ economy.
Vacation Vibes Travel:
Vacation Vibes fee is not covered under TPP

If you prefer to make your booking over the phone, please feel free to call. Kindly review all of the information an room pricing prior to calling. After the call, we will need a digital signature to finalize your booking.
All calls will be returned within 24 business hours.
