Vacation Vibes is an award-winning, woman-owned travel agency based in Lincoln, Nebraska. Founded in 2018 by industry veteran Jaime Sanks, the agency brings over 27 years of travel expertise to every client. Today, Vacation Vibes is powered by a dynamic team of five women—four based in Nebraska and one in New York—each committed to delivering unforgettable travel experiences.

Meet Jaime Sanks
From a young age, Jaime was inspired by the joy of family vacations and knew she was destined for a career in travel. After completing travel school and completing her Certified Travel Agent (CTA) certification, she began her career in corporate air travel. However, it wasn’t long before her passion led her to leisure travel—specializing in destination weddings, honeymoons, family getaways, and small group trips.
Before launching Vacation Vibes, Jaime worked with the management company for Sandals Resorts International, rising to the position of Regional Director of Sales for the West Coast. Her leadership and sales earned her multiple accolades and national recognition.
Jaime’s recent honors include:
- 2025 Global Piton Award (Top Advisor for St. Lucia).
- Top 50 producer in the US with Island Routes (Caribbean tour company).
Today, Jaime leads Vacation Vibes with heart, honesty, determination and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Jaime and her team are dedicated to helping make your travel dreams come true!

As a loving dog mom of three rescues and an intricate plan to rescue every other animal in the world, she understands traveling comes with a lot of challenges. Morgan’s passion for travel began in her childhood, fueling her enduring enthusiasm for exploring new destinations. While she dreams of visiting places around the world, she finds herself drawn back to the captivating blue waters of the Caribbean.
Specializing in travel to Mexico and the Caribbean, as well as organizing honeymoons and destination weddings, Morgan can guide you to the best coral reefs for snorkeling, unique pink sand beaches for relaxation, and breathtaking ocean sunset locations for exchanging vows. She holds various accreditations, including Certified Sandals Specialist, Hyatt Inclusive Certified Confidant, and Jamaica Travel Specialist. Morgan is one of the top producers in the US, with Island Routes (Caribbean tour company) and we are so proud of her!
When she’s not traveling, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her dogs, and watching true crime documentaries.

Vickie’s love for travel ignited during her childhood, when she explored the United States, including Hawaii and Canada, with her family. She developed a deep affection for National Parks and the Great Lakes, which continues to this day. As a young adult, she ventured to the Caribbean and Mexico, where she discovered a passion for snorkeling and the Mayan culture. Her expertise lies in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and Hawaii, with aspirations to explore South America, Thailand, Africa, and Australia. Vickie adores wildlife, snorkeling, and hiking, and although she’s a novice diver, she’s an enthusiastic kayaker. Haley Lee is one of our newest agents on board with VVT. Her love and passion for travel is what drives her to help you plan the most memorable vacation. She enjoys spending time with her four boys and husband of 25yrs. Her favorite things to do in her free time is doing anything outdoors including golfing, camping, boating and snorkeling. She frequently travels to Florida spending time with family out there. Some of the most beautiful colors of the ocean are seen there. Along with plenty of marine wildlife. It’s definitely one of her favorite places to see in the US.
